Account and Data Deletion Request
Kiko Nation respects the privacy and control of its users. If you have created a Kiko Nation account and would like your account and associated personal data removed from the platform, you may submit a deletion request using the form below.
How to Request Account Deletion
To request deletion of your Kiko Nation account and associated data, please provide the following information:
• Full name
• Email address associated with your Kiko Nation account
• Optional: username or breeder profile name
• Optional: phone number associated with your account
After submitting your request, the Kiko Nation team will verify the request and process the deletion of your account.
What Happens When Your Account Is Deleted
When your account deletion request is confirmed:
• Your Kiko Nation user account will be permanently removed.
• Personal account information will be deleted from the platform.
• Access to the Kiko Nation mobile app will be terminated.
Certain records may be retained when required for legal compliance, fraud prevention, system security, or agricultural record integrity as described in our Privacy Policy.
Animal Registry Records
If animals have been registered through the Kiko Nation platform, certain registry records may be retained in an anonymized format to preserve the integrity of the animal registry system. These records will no longer be associated with your personal account information.
Processing Time
Account deletion requests are typically processed within 7–14 business days after verification of the request.
